Participants will shown how to effectively search five free genealogy websites: familysearch.org, Cyndi’s list, findagrave.com, rootsweb.com, usgenweb, and how to search through Google for genealogy. After the demonstrations, there will be time to search for their own ancestors so they should bring family information with them. This is a “hands on” class so computer skills are necessary.
