Cover crops are a great gardening and agriculture tool that is underutilized in the home garden space. This conservation practice can improve soil, reduce erosion, and create positive impacts in almost every green space that has seasonally bare soil. This includes vegetables gardens, flower beds, trees, etc. Learn more about what cover crops are, how to utilize and manage different types, and learn from examples during this virtual program. The program will be presented by Taylor Wilson, Urban Conservation Technician with the Hamilton Soil and Water Conservation District. Registration with email required to receive Zoom meeting invitation.
