Noblesville Community Mural

All Day

Event Details

Unite.  Celebrate. Create. Collaborate.  These words may come to mind when you think of community created art and HEPL is providing an opportunity for you to be a part of something that unites, celebrates, creates and collaborates! Unite with other members of our great community to celebrate each other through creativity!  Folks of all ages and abilities will have the opportunity to create a guided self-portrait inspired by Todd Parr’s book, It’s OK to be Different. But this is just one piece of the puzzle!  These self-portraits will be combined together to create one giant collaborative mural which creates a snapshot of our community for everyone to admire.  This mural celebrating our rich and diverse community will hang in the Children’s Department of the Noblesville Branch. We invite you to join us for this special community driven project!

When registering please indicate how many participants you have in your group and which branch you would like to pick up your portrait packet! Have fun creating your portrait and please return to either library by October 4!

Event Type(s): Family Programs, Children's Programs, Teen Programs, Adult Programs
