1. Walk-in appointments for AARP tax preparation assistance are not available. You must schedule your appointment with AARP volunteers by calling 317-975-1037 and following the voicemail instructions. Please leave your email address and contact number when you call.

2. Do not come to the library for AARP tax assistance without an appointment. This is a low-contact service. Taxpayers must bring an ID required for the taxpayer/spouse at each appointment. For a complete list of all required documents for your appointment, click here. 

3. Two AARP appointments are required: one to have tax documents scanned and one to pick-up your completed return.
