Meditation is a gentle but deeply healing way to develop peace in our hearts and to soothe the anxiety and worry that are so common these days. But it can be hard to get started or continue on your own. There will be two guided meditations along with a talk including practical ways of integrating meditation into our daily routines, followed by a Q&A. No experience necessary.
