*A Season of Gratitude program*  Join us for a virtual talk and guided meditation with Fred May from Kadampa Meditation Center Indianapolis. The season of thanks and giving is a wonderful time to feel gratitude for what we have. There are many benefits of feeling and showing gratitude—it can inspire us to repay others’ kindness instead of focusing on other’s faults, ignoring their kindness, or taking their kindness for granted. For some, gratitude is not necessarily second nature and maybe even difficult, but it can be cultivated. In this class, we will explore the many benefits of gratitude which will encourage us to develop a mindfulness of gratitude year-round. Fred May is a teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Indianapolis. Fred has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for 20 years. He also teaches a branch in Terre Haute.
