Creepy ghouls, howling wind and things that go bump in the night. The Fishers Library will be transformed into a house of horror, so come check out all the scary fun as we celebrate the terror-ific Halloween season. We'll have food, games, crafts, movies and music all with a spooky theme. Make sure to dress up in your favorite costume for our Teen Scream Costume Contest (appropriate attire only please).
