This program will feature several speakers who have successfully lost large amounts of body weight using support from the Spark People Social Community. Most have lost weight through improved diet and exercise, may were facing life or death situations, and / or were immobile due to weight issues. In the afternoon a yoga instructor who's primary focus is the mobility challenged will lead a yoga session. Facilities are available for storing snacks, drinks, and lunch, and there are several restaurants in the area, including two within walking distance. Registration is required and space in limited. Beth Donovan and Tina Squires are the Coordinators for this event.
