Ayurveda workshops support those who wish to cultivate good health and a joyful approach to life, using simple and effective tools. Ayurveda recognizes that each of us is unique with different needs. Changes of life style or habits should be taken gently without stress to ensure long term comfort. Linking into these principles there will be a practical demonstration on different food topics, using cooked and raw foods. Session will include Ayurveda’s view on proteins, How different diet influence our thoughts and emotions and its connection to the Breath and more..Our breath is our life, and Ayurveda is the knowledge of life. It attends holistically to bringing harmony and balance to body, mind, and spirit. This is a free program. Everyone is welcome. Registration is not necessary. (MS)
