Event Details

Learn Excel in four classes. This class is an overview of the basics of the Excel program: navigating through a spreadsheet; modifying text; creating formulas; using the SUM function; modifying rows and columns; and formatting cells.Participants learn Excel features: AUTO FILL, AVERAGE, COUNT, and other numeric formulas; and how to manipulate rows, columns, and cells. Learn advanced level spreadsheet terminology and skills: using the �IF� logical function; chart wizard; applying conditional formatting and advanced formatting; hiding columns and rows; adding pictures, shapes and objects; and freezing panes. Learn advanced-level spreadsheet terminology and skills: the "pmt" financial function; the paste function; and applying drop down menus. Learn advanced-level spreadsheet terminology and skills: using the hlookup and vlookup functions as well as several others; use goalseek, and pivot tables; and edit and create macros. Students must be 16 years of age or older to attend this class.
